Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 ¾ cups flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Roll dough into 1" diameter balls.
  3. Mix 2 tbsp. sugar with 2 tbsp. cinnamon, then coat dough balls in this.
  4. Bake 8-10 mins.
