Pumpkin Pie Squares

Ingredients

  • Batter
    • 1 box yellow cake mix, minus 1 cup
    • ½ cup butter, melted
    • 1 egg
  • Filling
    • 1 small can (14 oz) pumpkin filling
    • 2 eggs
    • ⅔ cup milk
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • ½ tsp. ginger
    • ¼ tsp. cloves
  • Topping
    • 1 cup cake mix
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • ¼ cup butter, softened

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease only the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix ingredients for batter and spread evenly in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Mix filling and pour over cake batter.
  4. Mix the topping until crumbly and spread evenly over the filling.
  5. Bake 45-50 mins.
